HS-Analysis
The Glomeruli segmentation model is one result of the collaboration with HS-Analysis. It is a deep-learning model built with Tensorflow which detects Glomeruli objects in kidney tissue.
HS-Analysis provides services to develop further deep-learning models for Orbit to detect arbitrary structures in histology tissues, as well as further commercial Orbit support.
