poffline ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Basel Urban Echoes mobile application (the "Service").

• FOREGROUND_SERVICE_LOCATION: Specifically for location-based foreground services

3.3 Notification Permission

• POST_NOTIFICATIONS: To show notifications about the foreground service (Android 13+)

3.4 Storage Permission

• Implicit storage access to save maps, audio files, and app data locally on your device

4. Data Security

All data is stored locally on your device using standard Android security mechanisms. Since we do not collect or transmit your data, there is no risk of data breaches from our servers.
